    B20 question..........................

I need second opinions on this case, i got a friend hes a honda motor builder, hes selling me a fully built b20 that he currently have on his coupe(civic) car is super fast. He said all we need to do its fabricate the motor mounts and wire harness. He said he could do it. I trust him cause i saw all his works and they amazing, we got here a 83 corolla with a s2000 swap(sick fast). But like any patient i need second opinions...............good or bad. Just let me hear them. Thanks

anything is possible but alot of work. why not just a simple H22 or go for a K24? cost u alot less in the end w/ less headaches. building and down the road.

i know i could go with a simple h22, but that is a fully built swap more than $5000 in it with receipts of every single part in it. And im getting it for $1500 plus $200 labor? why not take a shot, i was just want to get some ideas, oppinions. I have never see it b4 so i think it will be cool. Plus i already have a h22 on my other wagon.

It really shouldn't be too involved anyways. mounts, exhaust, wiring, and little stuff like A/C and P/S if you're using that stuff. Shouldn't be too hard to get in there and you def. get props for a unique swap

im guessing its in a EG coupe. 2400lbs for a EX w/ full interior and AC

                        CB9 is 3100lbs

sry i was off by 100lbs in my head. its midnight. thats if either isnt stripped in anyway

OK, that makes a little more sense....still not 800lbs but closer. I guess I mis-read the post and took it to mean that the motor was going to add 800lbs to the CB

probably make it lighter w/ the b20 vs f22. but im saying whats fast in that civic, might not be anywhere near as fast in a accord wagon bc of added weight.

also your rims are 18s too i see, more weight. i wouldnt do it if its n/a

that extra 2 whole inches add alot of weight
