Yeah I was going for a Meshuggah-ish tone for that song. Something with fast attack and a tight noise gate. The pickups have really good clean tones too, still adjusting my tones for them though. I use PodFarm right now, hopefully one day I can upgrade to an AxeFx though

Oh and this is my first guitar with a floating trem, so the part from 1:04-1:17 is entertaining because you bend the strings like you would do to make the note go higher, except it actually changes the tension in all the strings and makes the open string actually go lower

haha i just took all but one spring out on my 6 string with a regular trem and made this work, but it throws the intonation so far off its impossible to fix

Haha I actually have 4 springs on mine, got it from the previous owner like that and everything sits flush and stays in tune no matter how much I abuse it
