I don't know if this helps but in toronto, an off-duty cop is exactly that. They can't stop you let alone threaten a ticket but I'm pretty sure that he was just messing with you. Take it day by day my man........

That wasn't really a cop nor a firefighter. An off duty cop can't use the words fuck and ****** in the same sentence because it would only put him in shit if you were to complain to local judge or police department.

I would think as a cop, you would carry your discipline at work into the community and not use fuck and ****** 12 times in one sentence.

I would describe to them what the bike looked like and if they apprehend the guy, then hes the one that gets fucked hardcore.

Some guy try to do that to me once, told me he was off duty. All off duty cops carry a badge. Ask to see it. He couldn't show me one, and he was trying to persuade me to go to the barracks with him. I told him to suck my dick and shut up before I beat his ass and then took HIM to the barracks. He rolled his windows back up and kept quiet.

i told my dad to tell him it was from a white 92 accord that passed him.
