you can get a ticket from an off duty cop.

He could try. I have never seen a cop give a ticket off duty. I know a lot of people who have been in those situations too. It is hard to make it stand, and I would contest it. Besides, even if he gave it, as soon as he said ******, it doesn't matter. He lost.

If he tries to get you, take it to court. Countersue for sexual harassment. Say you're *** Call the news and papers, and tell them the story. Once it gets publicized, ask for a small monetary settlement (no millions... but maybe enough for some nice car mods, a new paintjob, and a new license plate ) and a public appology. That should get his goat.

soomething simmilar happen to me before. a guy in uniform was tellin me to pull oer and i laughed and kept goin. he was clearly in cop unifor in a crwon vic but had no lights strobes or anything. i finally pulled over and he was pissed bc i was beeping at him. he said i was getting tickets in the mail......its been about 4 years now im still waiting.

if you get the ticktes go to court and pretend to b *** and VERY offended by him. say you wnated to go to the police but had no way to id him until in court(unless u have his plate)

if you don't believe it that is your deal. it happend. but feel free to look like an idiot sitting there and saying "that is bull". i don't post often, i why would i make up some dumb story about an off-duty cop on a harley...? there's no point in making it up. i posted this on here to see whether or not he is able to do anything to me. not to tell a story.

since when do cops go around using the word '******'. in modern day america that would be very offensive and would be like saying the word '******' to someone.

i could see a cop saying 'fuck or 'asshole' but nothing to the extent of '******'

I think the only thing you should be worried about is some crazzy asshole having your plate, and yes off dudy cops can give tickets but most of the time they will radio a cop who is on dudy to do it, my buddy was riding his kx250 down the street and an off dudy cop caught him going about 50mph long story short he called in another cop and a ticket was given.
