But here's the new tint.

Im installing my old carpet as we speak now.


35% and now you can see TONS of sratches on my 2 small windows

wow, that looks....perfectly fine. you dont need 4% tint to look decent. iv never had tinted windows, and i probably never will

That doesn't look bad. When my Accord was green (when I lived in Ohio), I had 20% on it and I think I had about 7 window tint tickets in total. 5 of them were dropped since I had the hook up at the court, but I still got pulled over a LOT none the less.

That looks good, better than none. Just think of it that way. Now just work on the rest of your car. You have less worries now about window tint violations.

Honestly, most of the imports that get pulled over around here are like Wayne's car. Primered hood, trunk.. basically all different body color parts.

I've NEVER had a problem down here with cops, nor did I in Ohio once my car looked different.

I used to have clear corners w/ green bulbs, clear bumper lenses with green bulbs, green LED lights on the hood, no front plate, tinted plate cover, loud stereo, everything that would attract cops but it was only in certain areas.

Once I had everything somewhat stock looking, such as having amber corner bulbs, no plate cover since my old body kit couldn't fit it.. I didn't have a problem.

I had a state boy behind me today and he was just looking at my car like he was envying it. I believe it's 5% all the way around on my car.. no problems.

Yeah, i hardly ever have any problems with the coppers in VT/MA/RI, in which i have my car usually. However, if i do get pulled over, i usually pull the ol' college card, which often works. I just hope no old people get run over this weekend when we have our little beach meet.

I like it. I was thinking about going 25% all the way around, but that might be pushing it. Cops are dicks around here for window tinting. I wasn't going to put any tint on at all, but I'm getting sick of getting into an ultra hot car in the summertime. The summers here in the valley are brutal. I think I might go 35% all the way now.

Whats really great about living in New Hampshire is I can tint the rear passenger windows as dark as I want them which means even 5-0 percent is allowed and the downside is that the front side windows can't be tinted at all, I think at the lightest it can probably be 35 percent but I'm not to sure.

But on the down side is if you drive into Massachusetts (which I do sometimes to visit family) your subjected to pull overs because of how dark the tints are , even though I don't have tinted windows its making me weigh my options.

Being the hypocrite I am, I'd love to have another arcadia green accord like my old one and have it done the EXACT same as it was minus the altezzas and a set of 1 piecers.

*sigh*.. 2000/2001 was a good year for that Accord.

did you strip your tint yourself...if so how did you do it..im thinking of doing my front two windows redone with 30%..since i have 5% now..and the cops want to act *** sometimes..i have a court date and want to tell the judge i redid my tint...i have a razor blade...do i just heat it with a heat gun ..and go to work?

should have gotten darker tint with all those FAT, 14 year old girls you lure in with candy and take naked pics of.......
