I got lucky the other day and came across both Red Bull RB19's



I'll probably end up trying to get Verstappen's car in 1:18. I think my goal is to get every F1 car Honda has ever had a hand in fielding, but the Championship cars I would like to do in 1:18. I have no idea how I will store them all, but hey, first world problems!

Ikea sells some really nice display cases that I've seen people use.

I like Carney 12-spot 1/18 display cases personally. I have (3) 12-spot, (2) 6-spot and a single 10-spot for larger cars. They take a lot of wall space but look absolutely epic.

I'm liking that black mkiv supra. Hang on to it for thirty or forty years it may be worth triple what you paid if it's anything like the real car. Lol

bought some new stuff last week but it was not die cast, got a new alpaca & fleece hat for winter, and some new gloves for work.

And an oil change and pcv valve for a family members Acura TSX (second gen 2009-2013 model). So maybe some die cast next month for holiday gifts.

Finally got a stock-body EG Hot Wheels, and it's the holy grail with the Spoon livery! Couldn't be more pumped on this find!




I actually had quite the unintended 'haul' today, getting there as these were being stocked. The lady commented on how me and this other guy who were looking at cars were a lot nicer than "the guys who were in here earlier." I've heard online about how greedy collectors can get with bugging employees to open cases, but it's so sad to hear it in person. Made me feel a bit embarrassed to be into the hobby.

Anyway, Walmart was good to me today. The Altezza and Corrado in this new Car Culture set were there, but I think I'll wait until I see them in mainline form to buy. I love those cars, but they're not quite deserving of premium money for me. My choices:
