    1992 Honda civic Govener

My friend has a 1992 honda civic that will not go past 100 mph. I heard there is a chip that makes it so it cant go past 100 I think its called a governer. IS there any way I can take this out myself, if so where is it located and how would I go about doing this. Thanks

I'd just chip it. But unless you've got serious hp in it and you're draggin, why WOULD you want to go that fast?
