Next paycheck, ordering the rest of ss brake lines, sidemarkers, backlighting for dash and cluster and hopefully my fuel pump. Maybe even a few things for the cb7 pile of parts is finally getting big for that thing

LMK if you need help. I'm free on weekdays and weekends if I get off early from work.

Should be pulling the motor today, been busy trying to clean up, since the weather has gotten good. My brake lines came in, and I should be going to pick u the new powerplant early next month

Ok so I've been inspired by the R14 from full race to go ahead and do the rb26dett swap on this thing instead of doing the sr swap first. I know it can be done just like the sr swap into the 240s. Biggest issue I'm running into is figuring out the front axle/hub situtation without having to sell my house to have a machine shop do it we'll see.

Haven't really touched the truck since me and julian pulled the dash out, since I've had so many things going on but its time to get cracking again since all my cb parts are currently for sale.

wait, you want to drop a $3-4,000 motor into your 1986 truck?

                    awesome.

i actually had the same idea back in high school, but it was just bench racing that never got anywhere. just an ideal project.

                    good luck man!

yea most def, I've been looking more at the rb26 now since the cost isn't too much more than the s15 sr20 swap that I want. Yea most def PM me some info on what your boy has, but I won't be ready and funded til tax time
