    Tippey764: 1990 Honda Civic EX

So i found this little piece of shit on craigslist and picked it up for $500

Known issues when i got it

    a/c didn't work
transmission slipping in 3rd gear badly
Springs cut / blown rear right strut

How it looked when i got it / this morning

the FIRST thing i did was go on craigslist and buy a set of 1990 crx SI stock struts and springs for $40 to replace the blown struts and cut springs

    Bolts randomly missing...

Cut spring ( can't really see it )

    Old vs new

Since this is an EX civic it has the 10.1 inch front brakes, no other civic but the EX got this, not even the crx or civic SI had 10.1 inch front brakes

    I think i need drums...

I forgot to take a picture of how the car sits now, its still kinda low but not as low and it rides a lot better

My goal for this car is to drive it for a couple months and resell it for $1000. If i can do that i will be happy.

That window on that car has been broken for over a month

the owner just doesn't want to spend the money to fix it

        She drives it every day

You'll be able to make some money on this car if the transmission fix is easy.

I like the look of the car. EF sedans are sweet.

              I already found a transmission for it for $75 locally ( well a 200 mile drive )

I've actually watched your thead from the beginning on that civic

I have no plans to modify this car though, my goal is to profit from it as well as use it to save gas, if its maintenance of repairs i will do them, anything else isn't going to happen.
