    Tippey764 : 2004 BMW M3

Hey guys i've been a little reluctant to post this up due to recent events

    Anyways here it is

I finally got sick of my honda's and got rid of all the ones i didn't need ( the integra and legend ) and bought myself something worth owning

Heres a small bit about the car

2004 BMW m3 in Silver gray metallic
    109k when purcahsed

    Cold weather pacakage
    Premium Packagae
Rear electric sun shade ( pretty rare option )
    Full power seats
Adjustable side bolster and lumbar ( not a very common option )
    Park distance control
    Automatic windshield wipers
    HID headlights
    Navigation system
    harman-Kardon sound system

The only mod i've done to it is buy the OEM 3.5mm aux input jack from the dealer for $40. Outside of that its stock

    Plans

    Black front and side grills
    Slight drop
    Lug stud conversion
    Spacers
    And maybe BBS RS-GT wheels

My brothers e90 m3 on the right

Cool, all the options. You will find it easier to work on it mechanically than a Honda.

I don't know if you have seen one yet, but you need a 1.4.0 scanner/programmer. I just bought one, it is a really cool piece that allows access to change options on the cars control modules. Plus it reads and clears extended BMW codes

Oh yeah that is one of my other mods

It involves changing the coding in one of the computers to enable M track mode

The E46 M3 will always have a place in my heart. Nice car

Side note - Does your brother have any complaints on the E90 M3? I'm considering one as a future car.

                Nice Austin!

I've always loved these as well, and very much so the older ones.

Just could never justify the cost of ownership.

i fucking HATE working on bmw's or German cars in general. you need a special tool for almost everything.

suspension work is pleasant but interior and motor work is a nightmare! Everyone i know that owns one has cooling issues. However IF i were to own a BMW then it would be an M3. Dumping money in an M3 is a logical investment compared to any other model

He pretty much loves that car, its his favorite car hes ever owned and hes owned quite a few nice cars, even a RHD evo 5.

The only thing i've heard him complain about is the lack of a dip stick lol

It makes me laugh when i see other friends who bought newer much lesser cars for the same price.

I don't plan on dumping any money into this car

It comes pretty much perfect from the factory, its an utter waste of money to try to get more power out of it. By the time i do get more power i've spent an ass load of money and i should have just bought an e60 m5
