    kpoweredcb7 : 1999 Audi A4 Quattro 2.8

    Hey guys/gals,

So I posted last week (10/13/2014) that my Accord was stolen..
I ended up purchasing a 1999 Audi A4 Quattro 2.8 to replace it

Then, almost a week after my car was stolen, I got a call from the police saying that my car had been recovered, and it had been in a car chase that either went through or ended in a high school football field.. ha!

I don't know the condition of it yet, and haven't seen it, currently the insurance company owns it until they decide whether it is going to be totaled or not. I'm interested to see what condition it is in, I couldn't imagine a police chase would be to good on an engine..

    Anyway! back to the Audi;

    1999
90k original miles on the 2.8 liter V6
    5 speed manual transmission
    alarm system (which is nice..)
timing belt, thermostat, water pump, clutch, serpentine belt and other stuff has been done at 75k.
super clean interior, no rips whatsoever
Originally owned by a 73 year old man, one owner car

and brand new chains in the trunk! (nice guy)

So here are some pictures, if you want interior pics I can do that

    (Everything is this clean)

Wow a 2.8 V6 with stick shift I bet that's not that common

I don't think it's very common, what is more common is the 1.8T with the 5 speed manual.

This V6 is fun so far

              I doubt it, frankly.

I put a good amount of work into it, and don't want to start from scratch.
