what are the pros and cons to these motors and power ratings for them. What would be the best motor to swap and year. Sorry guys for asking so many times just want to make best choice.

H22 is a quick and easy upgrade
h23 (non vtec) is along those lines....but youll get less for your money....if your gonna do that...id just keep the f22 and build it.
