    M.I.R. Sep 10 Test and Tune

    The NC meet Aug 14 got me having fun at the dragstrip!

    Sep 10 down at Budds Creek in Mechanicsville, MD!

    Sanction: N/A
    Adult Admission: $10.00
    Child Admission: 11 & under admitted free
    Entry Fees: $40.00 Outlaw Drag Radial
    $20.00 Friday Night Test & Tune
    $30.00 "No Time" Testing
    Entry Fee includes driver's admission
    Event Description:
    Friday Night test session from 6:30 pm to 11:30 pm. This event is open to all cars and bikes including streetcars, racecars, streetbikes,
    dragbikes and junior dragsters. There will be no eliminations or Gambler’s race on these Friday Night Test & Tunes so
    that everyone will have an opportunity to get as many time runs in as possible.

    I wanna run! so this is when I intend to do it!

      I may be down. So lemme get this straight, it's $40 to get in and then i gotta pay $50 to get what exactly? Is there dynoing going on as well?

          Lol I'm still lost.....so $20 gets me on the dyno? And then the other $40 gets me on the drag strip?

              So where do they get the "tune" part from if there is no dyno? They should just call it "Test and Drag".

                  it is so you can safely modify your tune after datalogging.
                  or with older cars, play with the carbs what not!

                    Bleh....w/e. Well I don't do my own tuning so guess no go for me. I got some Pro 1s I wouldn't mind testing though.

                      you don't have to switch up your tune.
                      it is just so you can run your car on the track and be safer than on the highway or residential streets as some might do it!
