Few Subaru guys, myself in the sil-eighty, and Marc in the R32 went up to Baker on a whim yesterday. Lots of fun. Roads are a bit sandy/dirty in some spots, hope they clean it before the 3rd annual Multi-Forum Baker Meet & Cruise...

cha! we had two 07+ Si's on the last NASIOC cruise i did.

License plates - i think they are just cut and have some stripping put around the edges.

sure it is. It is legally your property. as long as the number/letters match to the reg. ur good.
Anywho, I'm hoping that the Baker cruise is SOOn lol.I cant wait much longer...

Are there alot of people who drive around the mountains for fun, like is there alot of traffic? How are the police?

Yesterday we passed two cars on the way up (around 30 miles) and one on the way down.

There are no police that regularly patrol the road to my knowledge.
