I couldnt fit any jacks under the fricken car cause its so low... so I used the rear tow hook for a jacking point. I was changing the oil when I took these pics.

        Sold, but not forgotten.

It doesn't really narrow, there's a lip inside to limit how far the pipe goes onto the TB and filter box.

So pissed. Tried working on replacing my drum brake shoes and I don't know how but the whole passenger shoe assembly came off with drum. Driver side was a breeze. So it looks like I'll be leaving my car in Van Nuys tonight while I go pick u a rear disc conversion in the morning.

so you're going rear disc and still replaced the drum shoes, or you're now forced to go rear disc? either way you'll have rear discs!

was in the process of replacing the shoes ran into the problems. I said why not just do the rear disc conversion right now. Sooo, I am kind of forcing MYSELF into getting the discs. I was going to do it either way in a couple of weeks.

my shoes are pretty low also in the rear, but i have no real plan for rear disc as the benefit I hear is negligible.

I did rear disc swap couple weeks ago, kept old mc and prop valve, result was alright, saves my ass in the LA local traffic whenever I loses concentration and had to brake hard to avoid cars.

read a document on stoptech website, when you upgrade your rear alone, they say you actually want to reduce the braking bias in the rear because if you don't, the oem braking balance will be offset and the rear might lock before front. So I'm holding off the valve for awhile til my front upgrade.

still have my drum parts, if anyone need small springs or clips off the thing you are welcome.
