i took my header and everything to find out that the flange off the header was much larger. I drove to 3 muffler shops and they all said "sorry we dont have something in that size, good luck finding one!"

i ended up going to a custom metal fabrication shop by my house and they said that they would be able to make me a flange to mate with my header and weld that piece to the test pipe so it can just be a bolt on. its gonna cost me 60 bucks.

basically i did all that work taking the header off just to put it back on. at least i loosened a few bolts so when i do pull off the header next week, itll be a breeze. heres what i gotta work with...

Decisions Decisions Decisions.. haha.. Glad the RSR went to a good home Jed Btw Where my money fool? jk..

It was good hanging with you and the rest of the sd homies last night..Hit up Ant aka Jdminspired about polishing your Pipe

nice header jed. looks like a 4th gen header no?

paul, i run ARP extended studs. i wouldn't recommend anything else since ARP is pretty much the benchmark. anything else you might as well run stock. as for lugs don't go cheap. think about what they are holding and they're a safety product so be careful.

thanks guys. but its still a work in progress. as you also can see, that the new header is MUCH longer. It would of been a bit faster and less messy if i didnt have axle juice all over my under carriage. i hate axle grease!

on the left is a part of my B-pipe and my right is my resonator/test pipe. im gonna make another b-pipe which will be shorter to accommodate the new header so everything will be plug and play. If i wanna switch back to my stock set up for smog i just would have to switch components out.

oooooo 5-lug! i need front knuckles for the wagon dangit! where did you get your parts paul?

i've been driving the CB coupe all weekend since i'm detailing the wagon at the moment (zanio wax, interior detail, and parts install soon). i've forgotten how fast the H22 really is. but of course i've been driving a heavy automatic wagon for a year now.

Which way are you going 5 lug? Odyssey front knuckles with prelude rear, all prelude, or the experimental odyssey hubs with cb bearings and knuckles?

I put 40 miles on the SC over the weekend (only update ). I'm so used to having a navi screen and reverse camera to look at that driving without it was weird.

So I decided I want to change my plans again with the route I am going with on my car......again. Plans for rims have changed, decided I might go with a Flushmount, most likely going to keep the G-Square, and wanna grab a rear window visor, plans for CF hood. But first I need a job to accomplish half of this. . Why I am telling you this? Because I am bored at home just photochoping some pics.

Too hella hot to be working on the ride...
