i was travelling on 35 south, about a 1/4 mile before the occoner exit, i saw a lady standing behind her car waving her arms frantically
i did not notice her till almost after i passed her so iit took me awhile to back up to her.
old lady.
she had a flat tire, dead battery, and dead cell phone. she called the police after her tire went flat on the sdide of ther road but gave bad directions. she had been sitting in her car headlights on, and hazards for about an hour when they went off, (according to her.)
she used my cell phone to call her son to tell him to call the police. another person stopped shotly afterwards, then two police cars showed up, the other person then left. noone there at this point had jumper cables, so i put my battery in the old ladies car, (mercury sable wagon), started it, then swapped her battery back in. cops escorted the car to the nearest gas station where i replaced the tire with a donut.
it was alot of fun, except when i went to start her car, i leaned in the driver window, and planted my hand into a VERY moist seat. poor old lady...
while waiting for the police, i saw pete drive by in the fast lane.

just got home and still full of energy
