What are the nicest areas within a 30mi radius DFW?

This may not help with the original poster's question, but I do know that there is some quality living down there, and really nice houses can be had for a fraction of what they go for in the NE part of the country. I have a brother and two sisters who live down there not too far from each other. They love it.

Mansfield is alright, but I never hear people talking about wanting to move to.Mansfield. It will also be way out of the way if you end up working in north Dallas or n ft worth. Joe pool area is grand p,cedar hill, Duncanvill area. dvill is nothing special, but it's not ghetto and I believe it's also a dry county, but it's on the corner of Dallas/ cedar hills schools if I remember correctly. would recommend if you want something quiet and south of downtown or near Arlington. grand p has a lot of real estate built within my life, ie nice homes, but costs less than similar newer homes in north Dallas.
