ANY BUYING/SELLING IN THIS FORUM WILL RESULT IN AN INSTANT BAN!

Read the rules: http://www.cb7tuner.com/vbb/showthread.php?t=43956

Myself, and the other mods have been very nice and lenient with the rules. We have been deleting threads, and giving out warnings. Some members didn't get the clue and re-posted over and over... Now ANY member buying or selling in this section will be banned... No IF's AND's or BUT's.

Beginner Forum Rules - EVERYBODY read! (old and new members alike!)

Beginners start here. Once you have 30 worthwhile posts (off topic doesn't count) you may post outside of the Beginner forums. Any "whoring" (posting simply to raise your post count) will return your count to 0, or result in a ban.

These are the rules. Read them. Live by them.

1) Absolutely NO flaming! "Flaming" is an outright attack on a member. ALL questions are encouraged to be asked here, no matter how basic. Members with over 30 posts will be subject to a ONE WEEK ban if caught flaming in this forum (and yes, moderators can read deleted posts). Members with under 30 posts will be subject to a ONE DAY ban.

2) Use appropriate language. Racial or sexual slurs will not be tolerated. A ban will be issued at the discretion of the cb7tuner.com staff.

3) No items may be sold in the Beginner forums. Any "for sale" threads will be deleted.

4) Temporarily banned members will be PERMANTLY banned if they are found posting on another account.

The rules can and will be added to. Any updates will be marked in the title.

The rules for the overall forum can be found here:

Read them. You will be expected to follow them.

    Lug Pattern

Does anyone know of a site that has a list of specs about differnt cars. the reason is im trying to figure out the lug pattern of my sister car. its a 1987 Maxima. If the wheels fit i might put her alloy wheels on for winter.

I would just get rid of the nissian caps with honda ones if they fit or just paint them

Winter wheels as in you don't wanna keep your rims on for fear of sliding into a curb or something of the sort and screwin em up? Just tryin to figure out the reasoning behind switchin...assuming the wheels on your car now are the same as those in the sig. pic.

Just because the bolt pattern is the same doesn't mean they fit.

Ok, got ya. Yeah, if bolt pattern is same, and the center hole matches, I say go for it...no shame in sportin some factory rims during the winter...even if they aren't from a Honda.

The offset is way off. you will probably rub. also, are they 5 lug? those look like 5 lug sawblades from the early 90's max and the 87-89 z cars. Try it and let me know. I have a set of wheels from my 84 300zx that im going to be using for winter. they need spacers, but with the right spacer they work out perfectly. the tires are 205/55/15 by the way.

                      werd!

Waaaaay back in the winter of 93-94, I put my brother's 90 accord ex alloys on my 88 maxima wagon bcuz he had brand new tires on 'em and they bolted on but I drove for about a block and they felt like they were coming off so I yanked them off right on the side of the road and put my maxima wheels back on. Make sure that the center hole fits properly.
