ANY BUYING/SELLING IN THIS FORUM WILL RESULT IN AN INSTANT BAN!

Read the rules: http://www.cb7tuner.com/vbb/showthread.php?t=43956

Myself, and the other mods have been very nice and lenient with the rules. We have been deleting threads, and giving out warnings. Some members didn't get the clue and re-posted over and over... Now ANY member buying or selling in this section will be banned... No IF's AND's or BUT's.

Beginner Forum Rules - EVERYBODY read! (old and new members alike!)

Beginners start here. Once you have 30 worthwhile posts (off topic doesn't count) you may post outside of the Beginner forums. Any "whoring" (posting simply to raise your post count) will return your count to 0, or result in a ban.

These are the rules. Read them. Live by them.

1) Absolutely NO flaming! "Flaming" is an outright attack on a member. ALL questions are encouraged to be asked here, no matter how basic. Members with over 30 posts will be subject to a ONE WEEK ban if caught flaming in this forum (and yes, moderators can read deleted posts). Members with under 30 posts will be subject to a ONE DAY ban.

2) Use appropriate language. Racial or sexual slurs will not be tolerated. A ban will be issued at the discretion of the cb7tuner.com staff.

3) No items may be sold in the Beginner forums. Any "for sale" threads will be deleted.

4) Temporarily banned members will be PERMANTLY banned if they are found posting on another account.

The rules can and will be added to. Any updates will be marked in the title.

The rules for the overall forum can be found here:
http://www.cb7tuner.com/vbb/forumdisplay.php?f=144
Read them. You will be expected to follow them.

Your pictures all seem to be gone! I hope it's just a temporary problem with the hosting site!

Well I haven't updated this in quite some time, but I bought the car back in early 2020 and did a bunch of deferred maintenance, replaced all the brake lines, fuel lines, 5 lugged it(odyssey fronts, crv drums in rear), threw on some 16" 02-04 RSX wheels with some 205/55/16 all season Nokians, went back to a stock F23 throttle body, 5th gen prelude intake tube+box, redid the exhaust 3 times and ended up with a dual outlet muffler, converted the distributor to internal coil, fixed a bunch of wiring, did an insight steering wheel with an RSX airbag cover, found a stock boot and knob to go with the 4th gen prelude shifter and tenzo R short shift adapter, replaced the shit ass K tuned shifter bushings with hybrid racing bushings, threw in an M2S4(Exedy clutch is still doing awesome with 35-40k on it), stock OBD1 F22B1 ECU, and various other little things. It's now my weekend beater/winter shitbox because it's so rusty. I de-modded a bunch of stuff after doing a LOT of back to back testing and found what was and wasn't a restriction.

In other fun news, i do have a ported H22 head with modified oil drainbacka and gutted PCBX intake manifold to go on, K20A2 pistons, and a Haltech Elite 1000+ CJ wiring jumper to slap in when I feel dandy. It's become a bit of a test mule for my other project car- a 1998 3.0CL I blew up the trans at the track in 2019. That's actually being converted to 2.3/manual spec with new front subframes, the correct chassis mount brackets, and an entire 2.3CL manual dash and engine harness. Theres minimal splicing required but I've spent a good amount of time deleting things from the harness that I won't be using - no cruise, no evap/emissions, no ABS. When the F/H is figured out well.enough in the shitebox, I'll swap it over and use my NOS OEM european F22B5 block I picked up last year since it will be boosted with a maxpeedingrods "race version" GT3076R while the F23 block is torn down for a rod/piston combo. The CL got the bilstein coilovers I made for the CD7 and the CD7 got some cheapo monroe OE Spectrum shocks with Neuspeed V6 Sport springs - they are very surprising in ride quality and dampening for a $150 total investment. I've slowly been collecting these parts and doing parts sales on the side between my day job and husband/father duties and house projects. My daily is a 2013 Fusion 2.5/auto and its great for an appliance.

If you want pictures, I'm Chrisnick419 or Beanstune on Instagram! Unfortunately I don't get on forums much anymore and look at CB7tuner for reference most of the time.
