Why cant you get the motor back??? It was a perfectly running motor and probably still is.

if it was her fault then yeah u should get a rental cause her insurance should cover gettin u one...i've been in three and two werent my fault and the other persons insurance paid for my rental...but good luck...and i know it freaking hurts to see it go...
