Myself, and the other mods have been very nice and lenient with the rules. We have been deleting threads, and giving out warnings. Some members didn't get the clue and re-posted over and over... Now ANY member buying or selling in this section will be banned... No IF's AND's or BUT's.

Beginner Forum Rules - EVERYBODY read! (old and new members alike!)

Beginners start here. Once you have 30 worthwhile posts (off topic doesn't count) you may post outside of the Beginner forums. Any "whoring" (posting simply to raise your post count) will return your count to 0, or result in a ban.

These are the rules. Read them. Live by them.

1) Absolutely NO flaming! "Flaming" is an outright attack on a member. ALL questions are encouraged to be asked here, no matter how basic. Members with over 30 posts will be subject to a ONE WEEK ban if caught flaming in this forum (and yes, moderators can read deleted posts). Members with under 30 posts will be subject to a ONE DAY ban.

2) Use appropriate language. Racial or sexual slurs will not be tolerated. A ban will be issued at the discretion of the cb7tuner.com staff.

3) No items may be sold in the Beginner forums. Any "for sale" threads will be deleted.

4) Temporarily banned members will be PERMANTLY banned if they are found posting on another account.

The rules can and will be added to. Any updates will be marked in the title.

    Where to buy suspension?

    So basically I'm in the market to buy some suspension.. I'd like to purchase it tonight, I just can't find a site I'm happy to purchase on..

    I'm looking for the koni yellow/neuspeed race setup or tein basic coilovers.. or something comparable..

    Where do you guys buy your stuff?

    I bought my D2's from Urban Import, great service I must say! Have you done all your research? What sort of spring rates were you looking at? Something stiff? Soft? Progressive or linear rate? There's a huge diff. from Basics to the Neuspeed/Koni setup, that's what caught my attention and so I asked these ?'s! What's the car going to be used for?

      I want to get about a 2" drop, it's a DD but I heard the teins ride well for DD, I've witnessed the koni/race and they seemed pretty good.. they seem to be popular.. I mean at this point I want something that will preform better and give me a 2" drop, what do you recommend? I would like the height and stiffness to be adjustable, so if I want to take it to a track I can make it stiff, but I like it to be soft for DD.

      What do you think? Thanks

        If you want the Koni/Neuspeed setup just order directly from Neuspeed... I've done it before and they were awesome to deal with. They even told me that the stuff would be shipping from two different places so don't freak out when I don't get it all at once. Also, something was back ordered I forget what, but their lead time was actually accurate which seldom if ever happens.

        Long story short, they seem to have their head on straight.
