1991 wagon: Improperly attached washer in cargo area light may have fallen inside during assembly; if tailgate is open and switch is in its middle position, washer can cause short circuit that causes switch to overheat, resulting in fire.

1991-93 wagon: Rear outside seatbelts may lock-up at angles other than those required by federal standard; could increase risk of injury in sudden stop or accident.
And all of these problems were corrected when the car was brand new.

some new facts I found out this week...

wagons lower rear control arms are made beefier than the sedan/coupe. the wagons looks cast & is thick like the front ones. while the coupe/sedans seems stamped. it looks like sheet metal, ugh. but they both are the same length & angle. so they are swappable

also the rear ABS sensors are different on the wagon thanks to the wagon rear hubs larger ABS rig on it. so if you plan on using the ABS system on the lude rear hub when you do the 5-lug swap, you might be able to use the wagon sensor without any mods

btw the bracket that holds the rear ABS sensor is also different thanks the the different control arms

sedan/coupe on top, wagon on bottom

This is the first time i've actually seen white taillights on a wagon. Is there a DIY or something for this??? Cause i REAAAALLLLYYY want to do this.
That requires a lot of work to pull it off. Look closely and you'll see what I mean. The sedan/ coupe tail are way different.

With the seat down, the rear cargo space is 60+ cu. ft. With the seat up, it's still something like 35+ cu. ft.

Read all 16 pages. It doesn't appear that Honda offered rear splash guards for the wagons. If you match up the contour of the 90-91 CB7 splash guard on the side of the bumper, then where it is supposed to up against the bottom of the bumper, it is about 1/8-1/4 inch low. Anyone successfully shaved a set to fit properly?

well the 90-91 sedan/coupe's moldings is the closest to the CB9. the CB9 didnt get much more than a front bumper up-grade
