I had some made up for Subaru's and they came out pretty great. So I'm going to see if you guys are interested. But to do so I need to find out a few things.
These were made to actually replace the OEM gauge face. They are black face and can have different color number glow. (I have blackface w/ white numbers myself)
I've swapped overlays on a civic before but never took apart an Accord cluster to see how it is set up. So if this is possible and there interest I will have some made up.
Maybe I'll have 1-3 sets made first and see how they fit, look and if the install is easy enough. If you are interested shoot me a PM.
