    91 coupe restraint issue...

    so heres my dilemma.... i took my complete interior out the other day to clean it and do some eliminating of some oe products.... no wires though.... after i put everything back together my seatbelts slide back and forth no problem but now my seat belt dash light is flashing and beeping and it just wont stop... what do i do??

    weird, you aint no dummy, but imma ask anyways.

    did you reconnect the plug under the seat, wheater its frivers side or passide.

    my driver side doesnt have a harness, only pass side.


    also theres a blk box under the seat, that may b bad as well.


    ninja edit, if u have a blk box under your seat then you have auto belts.

    but you said your belts slide back and forth ok, so elimante the box then.. me badz

      thats the funny part... i have the black box... oh shit you know what... duhhh thnx i was just too lazy and tired to be checking.. i might have left the drivers seat unplugged... if it is ill come back and admit that im a lazy ufck... if its plugged in ill just take it to honda and get a warranty check... gotta love honda and their lifetime warranties

        glad i can help, also, i hope you do my diy hood trick.

        with a oem hood it will b even more nicer.

        anywho i wish i had auto belts, i hate manual belts. booooooooooooooooooooooooo


        ppl hate auto belts but i <3 THEM ALOT!

          hahahah my brother (cb7rid3r) has a 93 10th anniversary and everytime he goes to get out of my car he gets owned by the buckle up top cuz he always disconnects its...... i love it because cops here in orlando will give you a huge ticket for the seat best so this way i never forget to put it back on... it does it for me... well im going outside to check this now be back later with results

                I was gonna say, take it to Honda and have them figure it out. As long as it doesn't look tampered w/ they may warranty it.

                I just so happen to have gone there last thurs and they approved brand new seatbelts for my 93 EX Coupe...so they were ordered and should be here sometime this week! @ no cost to me! I hope a get a loaner car haha

                  ^^ they don't take long to install. i had a simular problem, and yea honda will fix the problem for free... they had a recall back in the day on the auto. seat belts.
