    Special requirements for carbon fiber?

    i just got a cf hood (yaaaaaaa!) and before i put it on, i was wondering if there is anything i should do or shouldnt do to keep it looking how it does. i didnt want to wax it and in doing so strip it of its beautiness so any help would be greatly appreciated

    ive been told that you can put a clear coat on it that has special uv blocker in it?

      ^^^ Yup... That's the first thing I did with mine (2 coats to be exact, wet sand, then a good buffing) before putting it on the ryde... It does make a BIG difference...

          some carbon fiber hoods (VIS) already have UV Ray protection though.
