    Vacuum to Electric Cruise Control

    Good Evening,

I recently had switched out my vacuum cruise control for a RSX electric cruise control. Below is some photos of my RA Odyssey cruise control swap, no different than the CB. You may have to fabricate the RSX electric cruise control actuator in the engine bay. I took a old CB cruise control brain/module and removed the connector so I could use the stock harness in the RA or CB. Below is a pinout I typed up for the actuator harness and brain/module harness, along with pictures.

    Cruise Control Parts:

    Module - 36700-s6m-a11
    Actuator - 030100-1330

If you need help, comment below or you can reach me on the CB7 Discord: ----> https://www.cb7tuner.com/vbb5/forum/...ord#post215403

If you look at the pinout below it goes RSX/Accord pinout first then to Odyssey pinout.

Example BLU - (to) GRY = BRAKE INPUT (Description)

    Actuator Pinout

    RSX/Accord - Ody = Description

    3 BRN/YEL - 2 BRN/BLK = VENT SOLENOID
    4 BRN - 4 BRN/WHT = SAFETY SOLENOID

    Brain Pinout

This is sick! Are you able to reduce engine bay clutter by doing this? or mainly to simplify the vacuum system? I am definitely going to look in to this in the future.

Excellent project!!! This is something to consider as many of the CB actuators have begun to work erratically as the vacuum system fails internally.

I reduced clutter in my engine bay for the van, taking that vacuum box out. If I remember right the vacuum box on the CB is in the fender, so I don't think it would help much in the CB, but you definitely could move the new actuator some where else in the bay because it's smaller. In the RSX it was under the cowl hiding, I wonder if we could put it in there?
