Please DO NOT Post In The General Section

From this point on until otherwise briefed, posting in the general section of Performance Tech is prohibited. The only thing to remain here will be the stickies. We would just delete this section, but that would cause unintended results.

The majority of the threads created can appropriately be placed in one of the Performance Tech sub-forums or Technical; and the posting of them here is detrimental to the activity of said forums. If you have any questions about where you need to place your thread PM me or one of the other mods.

For the most part you all have caught on without this post, but there have been a few habitual offenders that forced me to say this.

Everyone will get a couple of warnings from here on out, after that I just start deleting threads.

Again if you have any questions, PM me or one of the other mods.

I agree your launch wont be as great with the CB7 slushbox. Manual is the way to go if you want more controlled hard launches.

Well you could upgrade your torque converter. I think it's expensive though.

Well thats easy. LSD and sticky tires for starters. A good clutch and an equally as good clutch foot can help with those 60 foot times.

i dont really think he is talking about launching..i think he just wants a better 0-60 time.

A good 0-60 times is just that because of its launch from a dead stop. And wow Eric you really popped out of nowhere.

lets see...first auto to manual swap...if not go with the automatic neutral drop..i just beat a mustang with an auto yesterday.....rev to lets say 4000 rpm...then drop to 1st...redline...shift to 2nd...redline...3rd...etc...etc....

if you get your auto to manual swap...then hondata has a box..that lets you set the rpm on your launches....look up hondata.com and do some research...

im not sure if an lsd will help out with launches....im guessing it will because it will distribute the power to where its needed

also lighten your car some...and better traction wheels...that should help

Remember what I said about the good clutch foot, leadfoot need not apply.
