Please DO NOT Post In The General Section

From this point on until otherwise briefed, posting in the general section of Performance Tech is prohibited. The only thing to remain here will be the stickies. We would just delete this section, but that would cause unintended results.

The majority of the threads created can appropriately be placed in one of the Performance Tech sub-forums or Technical; and the posting of them here is detrimental to the activity of said forums. If you have any questions about where you need to place your thread PM me or one of the other mods.

For the most part you all have caught on without this post, but there have been a few habitual offenders that forced me to say this.

Everyone will get a couple of warnings from here on out, after that I just start deleting threads.

Again if you have any questions, PM me or one of the other mods.

    More f22b head swap Q's

Can you use the stock head parts? I think the DIY said to use an h23 distributor, why? What stock f22a parts can I use for this swap? And why can't I use the f22b belt? Also, with out tapping and everything what would be a good price on a head?

you have to use h23 one because you prolly dont have an f22b one. good luck finding one too. on the belt, good like finding a jdm f22b belt. you gota use a gsr belt.

on the head, nothing from the f22a goes on it.

and what do you mean by tapping? 250-300 is a good price for a head.

    please search.

jdm f22b belts are not hard to find, just costly. I bought one last week. head should come with dizzy, otherwise use h23 and convert to external. You can't use the f22a because, the shaft is marked different for the dohc. I don't know how to explain it but there is a difference because I've had both dizzys apart side by side. The internals of a f22a dizzy work on the f22b dizzy though.
