with the right fuel and timing management and nice tunning, how much can stock H22 put out?

Please DO NOT Post In The General Section
From this point on until otherwise briefed, posting in the general section of Performance Tech is prohibited. The only thing to remain here will be the stickies. We would just delete this section, but that would cause unintended results.
The majority of the threads created can appropriately be placed in one of the Performance Tech sub-forums or Technical; and the posting of them here is detrimental to the activity of said forums. If you have any questions about where you need to place your thread PM me or one of the other mods.
For the most part you all have caught on without this post, but there have been a few habitual offenders that forced me to say this.
Everyone will get a couple of warnings from here on out, after that I just start deleting threads.
Again if you have any questions, PM me or one of the other mods.

How much, or for how long? USDM or JDM?
The JDM engines (which are actually easier to find in good shape) have a pretty high compression, so they would need VERY careful tuning to hold enough boost to make a turbo kit worth the cost and frustration.
I don't know for sure, but I think you could probably run MAYBE 250 to the wheels and have it reliable... with extensive tuning (which means $$$...)
With the amount of dyno tuning you'd need to do, you'd be better off just paying for the engine buildup. You'll still need dyno time for maximum gains, but it's better to tune for gains than just to save your engine from blowing up for a measly 250hp. Build it, boost it, and save for dyno time. If you get the right parts, you'll get a decent 400hp or more out of it.

my buddy has a boosted h22, and before, with the 75 shot of zex on his h22, he was makin 227hp to the wheels. No,w I am not totally sure..oh, and 8 psi..

Boosting a stock h22 is about the worst idea ever. 7 psi is definitely the max for it. Even there I've heard of a lot of people blowing their engines like a porn star got a hold of it .... Neglecting my love for nitrous, it is a much better idea on the h22. Nitrous loves high compression. Get some bad ass cams and juice it and you will make much better power more reliably.

What else do you have done? Doesn't that mean that you have 200whp without the 100 shot? Or is my understanding of nitrous flawed? (I'm not really knowledgable about it just yet... I want to learn and get a kit pretty soon!)
