How hard do you run your setup?

jus curious as to how hard you guys run your setups, like normal driving and getting on it. I jus installed a new evoIII 16g on my car and im wanting to push it but dont want to push it to hard so im jus asking how high on the rpms do you guys go daily and racing?

daily i shift at 3500, racing 6100. But then again I like to floor it every now and again.

shit i've hit 7000 a couple of times and usually go WOT atleast once a day or so. And hit 130mph about every other week. I ripped the car when i first got the turbo on day in and day out lol

I run it hard but not as i used to i try to take it slow unless im tempted. I usually go to the races to run it hard to show off some with anyon who crosses my path other than that i drive like a human being. Gas isnt cheap yaknow and im goin into more further tuning with my hondata
