    Mastercylinder differences?

whats the difference if any, between the ABS and NON-ABS mastercylinder?

    #2
ABS is a 1" bore with a bigger fitting in the back and a NON-ABS has a 15/16" bore with two of the same fittings

They're not directly interchangeable, but w/ some cutting and flaring, you can switch the proper fittings around to make it work.

a prelude si or vtec would work but you will have to reflare a new line with the rear fiiting on the master

I think it'd be worth the extra work to use the Prelude VTEC M/C on your LX

I dunno about that granite, brake lines can be a pain in the ass.

You need alot of patience and certain tools to flange out the end.

And of course.. the right fitting.. god forbid :*(

Best luck whichever way he picks
Meh, not feeling the honda game anymore.

ive got an EX w/ fuck up abs so ive converting. theres a guy locally who is doing my brake lines. the vtec mc wont be worth the extra effort. i am having my hard swap lines done in braided. flexible line too make the installation much easier.

                      thanks for your help guys.
