    Hard Race

Does anyone have any experience with Hard Race suspension components? I have about 3.5 degrees on camber in the front and only 2.5ish in the rear. I would like to go a little more rear camber to get a little more bite in the rear, my wagon does not like trail braking all that much.
Hard race makes a LOT of suspension components for our cars, however, not all of them are easy to find as there is only one distributor in the US I believe. Anyway, I'm open to comments, suggestions, etc.

I have the spherical rear lower shock mounts, but I haven't driven on them yet. I've only installed them in the knuckles.

I also purchased their steering rack bushing kit and that did not fit. It seems very similar in size to the '92-'95 Civic/'94-'01 Integra bushings. I was able to stretch the bushing that wraps around the rack into place and install 2 of the four mounting bushings with through bolts. Even then it was a royal pain.

I've got a friend that road races his EF. He just bought damn near every bushing for it. But, same as you, he hasn't driven on them yet. I'll likely end up going this route for the rear lateral arms for toe adjustment as well as the upper for camber. But I'm also just considering a camber kit and replacing every bushing on the car separately. The spherical bearings, what do you think about the quality, at least visually?

I know that Hard Race supplies bushings for TruHart coilovers. Hard Race may be a genuinely good company, but I'm wary of anyone that will do business with such known low-quality companies such as TruHart.

I know Ronald type-r had a lot of their stuff and never had a complaint about it, when he still had his CB. He was one of the 1st guys to rock their stuff on this site.

I replaced my rear strut mount bushings with hardrace bushings. It took a bit of effort to find a US seller. I emailed hardrace directly, and they referred me to www.velocityshop.com I was able to get in contact with a person on the phone from velocityshop and ordered my bushings through them which they had to order from hardrace.

Really no noticeable difference. I only changed them out since they were worn and decided to go with hardrace since they are suppose to be harden rubber and i never want to press those out again. Lol

I currently to this day still have my hardrace rear trailing arm rubber bushings. They were installed July 2008 and have approx 55K miles on them. They have held up perfectly, couldn't have asked for more. I also did have their rear lower shock rubber bushings but they did not like my 7K/392lb/in rear springs. They only lasted 1 yr/approx 18K miles, I then made my own set out of 94a urethane which I'm still running. All bushings were always set at ride height with every single height change, this is the most important thing you do with bonded rubber bushings! With prothane or energy it's one less thing to worry about. Overall, I'd buy more items from them if it came down to it.

That's great news that we can possibly order their entire line up. There were a few items I was looking at in the past that I couldn't find anywhere in the US. Of course I can't remember what they are off the top of my head.
