    17s - tire size recs?

I wanna know what size tires I should get to the wide look. Last summer I had 16X7.5 momo rims with 205/55/16 tires and they looked pretty beefy looking, not wide as hell but they did stand out.

This summer I got BSA 233 17X7 inch rims. I havent gotten tires yet because I dont know what size I should get... would 215/50/17 be wide or is 225/45/17 wayy too wide? This is on a 92 Vigor dropped 1.5"

i used to have 245/45 17 on my accord with focal F5s and they just rubbed the back but I think 215-225 would be sufficient

on a 17x7 rim, 215/45/17 is your best option; if the rim width was between 7.5in - 8in. then you could go with 225/45/17s.

yea im just gonna go with 215's. but because my car is only dropped 1.5", wouldnt a 45 profile give me a huge wheel gap?? i was thinkin 50 profile to hide the wheel gap??

considering the vigor's fenders are slightly larger than our cb7s, then a 50 profile would be fine.
