Accord axles too short T2T4 swap

Finished the t2t4 trams swap. My accord was originally a manual kept the stock axles and mid shaft and drivers side boot is stretched when installed and passenger keeps popping out. Any ideas?

Something else is wrong. There are no changes in the input locations between that transmission and the factory Accord transmission. Measure your axle lengths and compare them to the 1990-1993 Accord axles lengths on RockAuto.com.

If your axles were working fine before, then you've got something else that's changed.

Did you change any mounts or the rear bracket?

        Have you swapped the engine?

Yaaa.. that makes not sense. The drivers side axle goes to the mid shaft which is bolted to the block and that didn't move. So sounds like you had the knuckles/arms out of the car and maybe these are backwards or the axles are backwards (dont' think this is possible).
