i swapped a jdm f22b into my cb9. the a/c compressor bracket that came off of the stock engine doesnt fit on the block. has anyone ran into a sinilar problem with this swap? what did you do to resolve this problem i was thinking of using the bracket and compressor off of a usdm h23

are we talkin' SOHC??? cuz the problem i'm having now is i got the f22b1 in and i switched over the driver side engine mount bracket all that was cool now the thing is that the power steering bracket from the A1 has 3 holes and the B1 head only has two holes, it will still fit but the altenator bracket from the A1 mounts mounts different on the B1 block (to close to the power steering bracket) do i have to get a ALT. bracket from a B1? i'm sure a few of you have ran into this, what did you do?

really dumb problem, but i remember when i was swapping my motors the 1st time that i got the bracket's confused, my retarted roomate (he can feel the love) took off the alternator bracket, and I picked it up thinking it was A/C compressor bracket...lol dont be dumb like me.

i got it figured out. the stock bracket and a/c compressor work fine. all you have to do is install the bracket right side up, not upside down. duh... im with stupid
