Ok,besides whatever the valve noise,and the egr ports,the grinding sound never seems to go away.And also it occurs around the timing belt cover area.I did a seach through the web and found out that it could be the timing belt tensioner is gone.I am wondering how much it would be to change it by the shop? Will it be ok to leave it like this for a while or it will damage the engine? Thanx!
