okay, i know that, but if someone revs. on u at a light ur ganna wanna drop it to give em a run.... okay, ill say ya its bad, but then if u leave it in "D" or drive what rpm can u reach when the car up-shifts throught 1st, 2nd, 3rd, etc.?????Comment

it will go right to redline if you put it to the floor but i use 1 and 2 and go past redline i know its bad but im not gonna be auto for longComment

Yeah press your "s" button (only when racing) it will take the rev's higher when not at WOT. But I assume if you WOT it should change close to redline, I've never gone WOT, but maybe half at most, and when the "s" is off it changes awfully soon I think. Then again the a1 and a4 reach max hp at like 5200 rpm, thats why the a6 got the dual runners to take the it to 5600 rpm, that way you still have power approaching redline.

u don't need to downshift u know. ur tcu will do that for u. but if u wanna high rpms without opening the throte wide open then u can do that.
other than that i would say shift at 3000rpm. but u got to feel it when u got enough rpms to shift.are we there yet are we there yet are we there yet Comment
