my friend has a 98 accord lx with an f23 . it has intake header no cat full exhaust. sometimes the car wont start but. and when it does start while driving randomly it will turn off. i lugged it in to the cpu reader and it said o2 sensors were not responding so we changed the to new ones. still the same problem. anyone hade this happend to them?? trying to fix my buddys car it's really anoying.
