I have found that there is always at least one of two obstacles in my way when I work on my car. It's either a rusted/stripping/stripped bolt/nut, or one that just won't budge! Anyway, I started taking off the front bumper so I could remove my headlights. I had basically every bolt/nut removed except for one. I was having trouble getting a 12mm socket over the nut next to the washer fluid resevior. There's a bracket right behind it that seems to be in the way. I tried removing the bolt (after spraying it with PB Blaster) that holds the bracket down, but that one was stripped to begin with. I put an open-ended wrench on the nut that holds the bumper down, but it started to strip so I stopped. Im trying to get some ideas/advice on how I could tackle that last one? I have a Proxxon (basically a Dremel and the version I have is a step up from Dremel's best model).
