    Installing STR Cam Gears

Are there any tips i need to know when installing my H22 STR Cam Gears?
Also i would like to mess with the timing a lil bit and wanted to see some advatages and disadvantages from advancing or retarding the timing.
I use 93 octane gas and will be installing a MSD Ignition box with high voltage coil! just lookin for some pointers. thanks

which will give u better throttle response but man as soon as my timing got retarded like 4 degrees if i hammered it then it would stall and i didn`t have any power and it totally ruined my Drive ability, and the worst part is i didnt know it happened, i threw a cell and i was assuming it was for the top dead center sensor so ya fixed it and it works fine now....

so you guys are saying that i should advance the timing 5-8 degrees and dont have to adjust anything else.
even without running the ignition box and coil?
i dont ever get a lot of time to do shit with work and all so i dont know when i will install all of the ignition things.
        any other suggestions
ps. i do drive this everyday
