i lost my key set and can`t use it because i went to get another one from honda and my igniton has been rekeyed.. so anyways.. i am hooking up a toggle switch and push button for the time being.. i looked at the back of the igniton and the wires say battery, accessory , accessory 2, and starter.. so i would imagine i would run battery to one side of a toggle.. 1 and 2 to the other and draw power to a push button and put the starter wire on the other end.. right?? anyone had experience with this...

thats not going to do anything but turn the starter. you will need to give 12 volts to both ignition, ignition 2, and accesory. trying to do all that through a little toggle switch isnt going to work, you can use the switch to trip a relay but this whole idea sounds silly, just get a key.FA1

i would but it is more complicated than that..... i broke my ignition ad the key for my vin is wrong... so since the car only goes to the track and home im trying to do it quickly... need help.. tell me how to do it...Comment

take apart ur ignition column.
take out the 2 screws that hold that white thing in place, the whole piece would come out...(ignition switch)
turn that little dial with a key or some screwdriver, there congrats u just jacked ur car and now can start it...make sure the metal doesnt touch anything else.What makes me laugh about forums, is that no matter how much you try to help someone, they dont take the advice. Go ahead and do it the hard way.
You got to respect what you drive, and appreciate what you have, making the best of what you got. and if that means putting CAI, HID's, a phat stereo system, and a idiot in the drivers seat...then so be it!
