    replacing CV axles

I'm probably gonna be doing my CV axles myself now... wondering, what would be the best thing to do with the knuckle? Should I pop out the tie rod end or the lower ball joint to let it move to allow removal of the axle...

    Thanks

Leave the tie rod as it is, remove the damper fork, and break the ball joint loose from the lower control arm. the nut is 36mm.

^Yeah, a 1/2 dr. 36mm socket. And if you haven't done this already, just pop the tie rod end out too, so you can swing the knuckle out enough past the end of the axle.

well the pass. side axle was still good, driver's side was HORRIBLE. they are done now, all it took was poppin the ball joints out.

            Thanks guys!
