EXT: JDM intersection lights wiring problem... solved!!

Use a test light to verify which one has power with high beams on, but I think red/blue

On the high beam there's a red/blue and red/green wire. Which one is lead?

the intersection lights my man the intersection lights. The relay is no biggie that I've figured will be at auto zone.

i cant find a maxima relay to save my life.

cant i just use two spdt relays one for each side

quick response would help a ton i want these functioning

I dont know if you could or not.. I wanna say no, but not 100% on that. 89 maxima relays are wired different if I remember right, but they still function the same. Ill find a diagram tomorrow.

i got one from a 89 but it wasnt under the hood it was in the drivers kick panel. is this the right one. the wires are a different color but the plugs look the same along with the relay.

You guys are confusing me. What year maximas can i get the box from. 87-89 and the body style after those the rounder ones? Also can i use the parts store relay for 50$. They call it a cornering lamp relay/ hazard relay.

1987-1989 Maximas AND take about 6 inches of the wire harness

then follow the rest of the diy

You are right, I am wrong...I just went out in the garage and checked one of my relays...brain fart dude...dam I cant wait to get this shit wired up and working!

Looking back at the first post, it looks like there are 2 plugs or harnesses that plug into this relay from the Maxima...do you need to cut both of these out of the Maxima...will the both be needed for the install on my Honda?
