You probably need to readjust your TB adjustment screw.

          I have no idea...

Every Honda TB I have seen except for the electronic ones have a little screw by the throttle rotor that controls how far it can close.

yea just get a flathead screwdriver, it takes no time at all. if ur unable to fix it that way, check all your vacum lines (i had problems with the cruise control tube wantin to come off). hope that works.

well the tb idle screw, and the throttle stop screw are different. The throttle stop screw determines how far the rotor closes. The little gray tb screw is to limit the amount of air passing by the rotor.

where you been, is something wrong?
i try to just smile, and say everything’s fine.

It is a little alan head bolt. It is located on the bottom of the TB, just above the cylinder #4 runner, and it is basically a stop for the throttle rotor when closing. The rotor has a tab on it, that contacts this alan head screw. If you look around the throttle rotor, you should see what I am talking about.

Right, and it is held in place by a nut. It's easier to take the TB off and get it perfect, because then its right in front of you and easier to manipulate.

I'm thinking of doing this H23 plenum swap on my new 93 coupe. I think I'll go outside now and start.

                  I love that sound

Anyone happen to have the PICS for this DIY saved somewhere? I am hoping to do this sometime early this fall and I am a visual learner.. LMK. Later

Do I need to have air boost valve, coz mine does not come with the air boost valve. Will the f22a4 air boost valve work with the h23 plenum?

                            Thanks

You don't NEED to have it for the car to run properly. Its only there for startups so the manifold can have an "air boost". JDM manifolds have a block off plate there FYI. You can swap them between the f22 and h23 manifolds.

                              ...adjust accordingly

I just finished the swap 2 days ago. Thanks for the DIY. Now my car is idleing abnormal, I already reset the ECU and clean everything...is it possible that there is vaccum leak? My car also making white smoke when I WOT it. Is it possible that the idle is caused by my ECU? I am using P12 ECU FYI.

                                Thanks
