Don't you mean an overdrive pulley?

Underdrive pulley=smaller on crankshaft, larger on accessories, reduce power to accessories
Overdrive pulley=larger on crankshaft, smaller on accessories, increase power to accessories

    Please do
can we attach a bet? ie: if the belt snaps you can pay for the thing and send it back to me?

either way u go you will 1 wear your parts out faster or 2 your car will not function properly.

EVENTHOUGH this DIY is not the case. SOMEONE is going to be asking the question....

That is generally the case. However, an overdrive pulley on an alt may help the thing in some situations. Namely since spinning the fan faster can keep the thing cooler. However, too small and you risk damaging it if you rev the engine high, and if it's way too small you don't have enough torque to spin the thing causing your belt to slip

What'd you do with the plug that goes into the alternator?

Hmm. I thought the car doesn't like having stuff unplugged. Maybe it's just with the stock style alternators, they might not run without the plug.
