Done this couple of minutes ago

Although IAC body is now clean, the engine keeps revving from 1100 to 2500 RPM and I'm not able to adjust the idle adj. bolt on throttle body

have you tried adjusting the fast idle control valve? thats usually the one that makes the car rev like that

Nope sir. I'll give it a try tonight. The FITV is next to IAC? I'll just have to take off the top and use a flat screwdriver to adjust (from left to right) the white "thing"?

You might want to take the FITV apart and wipe oil and dirt off of it.
But then yes you screw to the right and that closes it.
I think on the F22 you can overtighten it and make it so the car idles low when its cold.
The H22 has a limiter that makes it so that it only goes so far.

                  Is she fuel injected?
Does the engine look similar/same to this?
If so then yes you can over tighten the valve, which then it can take a couple days of trial and error as to where to set it.
I think you can just take a Q-Tip and poke around inside the FITV to clean the seal, then tighten it a little bit.

Wooohooo! After cleaning the FITV the idle is now about 1100 rmp when engine is cold, and about 650-700 when warm

                          Works like champ
