i saw that, but it dont seem too bright....how many did u do and how much resistance did u go for?

    http://www.acurainspired.com/gallery...id=112&aid=780

    look at that!! haha

im going to do it for my bumper conversion and that spot with the silver piece, that square thing i want this there! that would be nice, plus i dont want hyper white lights...i want white for my corners....perhaps ill do the 1157's as well...

im understanding it now, its fairly easy...now to go play...

What makes me laugh about forums, is that no matter how much you try to help someone, they dont take the advice. Go ahead and do it the hard way.

You got to respect what you drive, and appreciate what you have, making the best of what you got. and if that means putting CAI, HID's, a phat stereo system, and a idiot in the drivers seat...then so be it!

Does changing out all of those bubls also change the color of the actual guage faces? Because I would really like to make all of my dash/guage lights red. Are there any other lights that you didn't/couldn't change?

actual gauge faces are black, but u can get the numbers to light up red... when u pull out the cluster, there are 2 size 74 bulbs and 3 size 194's (corner lens bulbs) in the back. switch those to red and ull be set, u dont even need to take the cluster apart. the guide was only for the indicators at the top, like the Seatbelt light and stuff.

i didnt change all the lights, but this is all of them in the cluster...
indicators (error lights, etc, changed to blue(guide))
gauge faces (also lights up the odo, mentioned above)
overhead illumination (lights up needles, changed mine to LEDs)
door ajar lights (behind red plastic.. cant realy change those)

for the numbers on the gauges is there a filter that makes it the greenish color? I'd like to have black face guages with white numbers

yeah there is. ive checked two of the 3 cluster manufacturers (that i know of, NS and DENSO) and both had non-removable bluish filters.

white bulbs will come out the same color they are now because behind the gauges there is white bulbs already. theres a color filter making it the greenish color and i don't think it can be removed
