What you will need:
Steering Wheel (duh)
Hub for steering wheel
flathead screwdriver
phillips head screwdriver
ratchet
socket to remove steering wheel bolt
wire (about 6 ft)
electric tape
star key set ( i bought mine at autozone and then returned them)

well what else to say...oh, im not responsible for any damages or brocken limbs received performing this DIY...perform at your own risk...ok, now that i've covered my butt, on to the DIY
1. Disconnect the battery (negative first then positive) and remove the cover and fuse of the SRS system (that's located in the driver’s side fuse box) using a small flat head screwdriver.
2. Remove the cover under the steering wheel to get to the airbag switch and plug in the red dummy plug into the airbag connector
3. Remove the 2 Torx screws that hold the airbag in place, they are located on each side of the steering wheel. In order to get to the passenger side Torx screw, you will have to pry off the the cover of the cruise controls first. These aren't your regular phillips or flathead screws, you will need the star key that you could purchase at any auto parts store. Once you take them off, you will be able to simply slide the airbag out and place it flat, facing up, on the ground.
4. Disconnect the horn and cruise control connectors and remove the large Xmm bolt that holds the steering wheel in place. You will now be able to remove your steering wheel.
5. Remove the plastic steering column cover by removing the 4 screws from underneath.
6. Remove the 3 screws that hold the SRS module and follow the wire to disconnect the module. You will now be able to install the your new steering wheel.
7. Place your hub (I used the MOMO 4909 hub) on the column and test fit your steering wheel to make sure it is aligned right. If not, rotate the hub until the steering wheel is aligned right (note - it doesn't matter where the arrow on the hub is pointing). When the steering wheel is aligned properly, take the steering wheel off and place the Xmm bolt on the hub and tighten it.
8. Place the plastic column covers back on bolt your new steering wheel on the hub. Stand back and enjoy your new steering wheel. Now place the fuse and cover back in the fuse box and connect the battery. Now go for a spin.
You will be left with a couple of problems. First, the SRS light will remain on at all times. You could fix this by removing the bulb from the gauge cluster. Second, the turn signals will not turn off automatically, you will have to turn them off yourself every time you use them. I figured out how to use the MOMO horn button but it looks kind of ghetto so you could go another route and install a new momentary button and use that as the horn. If you want to do it like me, read on...

. I have a pilot wheel from AutoZone looks good but the steering wheel is a bit off so I have to uninstall the hub, and THEN I have to rewire the horn.
