Oregon waterfall pics and my CB

Drove up last month to visit an old friend in Glide, Oregon. The waterfalls are between Glide and Diamond lake.

wow, just wow. breath taking! is wyoming and oregon like this? i'd like to visit sometime. i seen washington state and it's like this. very healthy trees. and gorgeous mountains. great pics

May 21st and it was snowing hard at only 3000 feet elevation.


This pic is just outside of Drain, Oregon where I lived for a couple years growing up. I used to go hunting up this road.

Thanks. I'm not to sure about Wyoming, but I doubt it. It was even more gorgeous being there. Everytime I go back up there it is awe inspiring, and I seem to forget how beautiful it is until I return.

The waterfall in the first pic is the largest in Douglas County, but not the largest in the state.

waterfalls are amazing in general, but i hear the scenery along the northern part of the west coast is pretty amazing. i want to just drive up along the coast up to washington just to see this kind of stuff. i've seen pictures of the redwoods and those are pretty incredible too.

I have done that drive quite a few times and it takes a lot of hours because of winding roads. But yeah it is beautiful.
